Oxygen is very essential to every being to live their life. It is must to know the purity of oxygen. The percentage of oxygen present in the air to be known is very essential.
Very soon we can know the percentage of different gases present in the air in our locality with the help of a machine. There is a necessary of a human being to know the quality of air they breathe.
The Pollution Control Board is installing public display systems that provide real-time information on the quality of air in various parts. Updation on the purity is done for every few seconds.
This system is first installed in three places on a pilot basis. The three places are Thampanoor, Vyttila and Eloor in Ernakulam. If the system got succeeded in these three places then there is an elaboration of it to different places in the country.
Various parameters of air pollution including the presence of sulphur dioxide, nitric and nitrogen oxides and also respirable suspended particles would be shown on the display board.
The Expression Of Interet(EOI) sets up the automated ambient air-quality monitoring stations. At present there are manual ambient air quality systems, if in the above places the automated systems gets success then they extended to all the places.
The cost for on automated system is nearly one crore. Not only to know the percentages of different gases present in the air this system also used to control the pollution.
If we know the quality of oxygen present in the air every human being put his own effort in order to reduce the pollution because all humans have a minimum sense that how essential oxygen is to the human being.
This also helps the officials to make control on the pollution so that we can atleast reduce it but not to eradicate it completely.
