Abnormal accumulation of body fat is called as obesity. Obesity is as danger as snake bite and the disease AIDS. There is medicine for curing obesity.
After becoming obese it is very difficult to reduce it. It is better to prevent obese without coming. Obesity mainly depends upon the BMI - Body Mass Index which calculates the total muscle weight, fat content and the bone weight. BMI s based on the body's height and weight. Obesity problem occurs if the range of BMI exceeds than the limit.
Now a days obesity is a major problem through out the world. There is no difference of children and adult for these obesity. Even, a new born child is suffering from this obese problem.
There are so many reasons for this obesity problem which is affecting almost the entire people in the world. Some of the main basic reasons are:

Now a days childrens are mostly accusing with this obese problem because there is physical strain for them, The life style of them is the major reason for becoming obese. Starting from the morning and the time to go for bed they became machines to do their exercise only for the mind that is they are having only the mental stress and not the physical stress. Parents also made their children like machines that morning wake up from the bed and getting ready, had breakfast, going to school, Coming from school, getting fresh up, watching tv for some time, doing the home work, having dinner an going to bed. With all these works the child become tired and no games and no exercises in their lifestyle.
Instead of all this reasons the main cause of obesity is the food habits. Having more food at a time increases the fat in the body. The menu of food plays a vital role in the human body that what they are eating daily in the breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks.
- Eating more junk food and eating the food without following timings.
- Intake of more calories instead of protein and vitamins.
- Eating oil foods at least once in a day.
