There are so many living organisms in the world. Each living body is having a specific life time. In that human being is having 100 years. In olden days people goes to live more that 100 years. while the days are going the life span of the people is going on decreasing, now it is only up to just 60 or 70 years. Even in these years also people are going to hospitals. This may be due to the changing in the life style, advancement of technology, increase of pollution etc.
We cannot change the life style or we cannot decrease the pollution to increase our life span o atleast by taking some precautions and following some policies we can make our life healthy in all the days we leave.
1) Knowing the family history:
The family history is very important for a person. If the parents or any blood relations is having sugar or obese problems then there is a chance of getting them to that person also. So if there any such type of problems in the family from starting only we should take precautions in order to prevent that.
2) Watching the food habits:
We have to watch our food habits and has to analyze the menu of food what we are taking regularly in our day to day life. Willing to eat more sweets, oil foods, junk foods etc., should be avoided.
We have to take low quantity of food several times a day. Eating while seeing TV is to be eradicated.
3) No Addictions:
Addictions plays a major role in the life span. Addiction to any type of things not only for smoking and drinking is dangerous. People may be addicted to television, eating sweets more, drinking more cool drinks is a bad habit. Addiction to smoking and drinking reduces the life span of human to half. Even drinking of coffee and tea more than one time a day kills the human early.
4) Safe sex:
Safe sex is very important in the human life. Avoiding illegal sex and having the precautions
while doing sex.
5) Mental Stability:
Mental stability is very important in the human life. Expressing the feelings heavily is dangerous to life that is laugh, angry, sad etc., This type of feelings should be in control of the particular person.
6) Intake of Vitamins:
In the daily menu of eating vitamins and minerals should be necessary. Eating fruits and vegetables give more vitamins to the body. Having one egg daily in the lunch or dinner gives all the vitamins which are needed to the body.
7) Smoking and Drinking:
Number of people addicted to this two habits. Even if they want to stop them but they cannot because these are that type of addictions.
Smoking spoils the lungs and Drinking spoils the liver and make the people like devils.
8) Exercises:
Doing exercises regularly gives a healthy and longer life. Walking 30 min daily increases the lifespan of a human being. Yogas help the people to keep the body fit and healthy. Pranayamas makes the people strong physically and mentally.
9) Drinking plenty of water:
Daily intake of 5 to 6 litres of water has no need of going to hospitals regularly. Drinking water removes the bad cholestrol in the body and maintains the body healthy and fit. For each one hour 1/2 litre of
water should be taken.
10) Fasting:
Doing fasting once in a week for a day removes the wastage in the body and improves the functioning of liver. If it is not possible to do fasting a day completely skipping a meal either afternoon or evening per day in a week also is very good.
